For your chance to win them up to £3,000 cash, tell us who your special someone is below and why they deserve to be treated. The selected entry will then come to air with their loved one and take part in a 20-second quiz on Friday 5th September.

The entrant must be available to come on air on Friday 5th September between 6:30am – 10am.
